Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association is a membership organization

for nurses working in the fields of hospice and palliative medicine. 

 

 

Hospice Foundation of America: HFA creates programs for professional

development, public education and information, promotes research,

produces publications and monitors health policy issues.

 

 

Hospice Net provides information and support to patients and families

facing life-threatening illnesses. 

 

 

International Association for Hospice and Palliative Care: The mission

of IAHPC is to advance hospice and palliative care programs, education,

research, and policies around the world.

IAHHC is the voice of Indiana's hospice care providers. Their mission is

"to advance the cause of home care and hospice through leadership,

collaboration, advocacy, and education." They represent all of home care:

traditional home health nursing services, home-based and inpatient

hospice care and non-medical services that allow Hoosiers to remain

independent in their homes.

 

 

The IHPCO Consumer site’s goal is to educate and support the terminally

ill and their loved ones by providing Hospice Basics, Beginning

Conversations, Choosing a Hospice, a Hospice Locator, Web Resources,
